The hotel is a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms are excellently clean and comfortable, but the furniture placement is quite odd. The service is on point, but there were some issues with unmet expectations and noise disruptions during the stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms were perfectly appointed and fairly clean, offering a comfortable, clean, and large space with wonderful decor and spaciousness to accommodate all guests. The service was professional and amazing under pressure, with a wonderful and kind staff always ready to assist. The location, though not recommended for easy Interstate access, was very near cultural institutions and a hub of dining options. The dining experience was exceptional, with tasty options like fresh baked pastries and avocado toast. The facilities were top-notch, making my stay truly memorable.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were updated and spacious, perfect for a comfortable stay, even though they lacked ample space for an extended period. The service was attentive and went above and beyond, although there was a minor issue with construction noise. My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were luxurious with extremely comfortable beds and marble bathrooms, though my room wasn't ready until 4pm instead of the promised 3pm. The location was perfect, providing easy access to all the city has to offer, though we had a slight inconvenience due to a nearby event. However, my room 509, located directly across from the elevator, had a slight smell of smoke. The service was exceptional, with added security measures like keyed floors and immediate responses to all my requests. The location was superb, close to Lenox Square for shopping and convenient for my business needs. The dining experience was amazing, although a previous incident made it less enjoyable. Overall, a great stay with minor setbacks.
I cannot rave enough about my stay at this hotel! The personal homey touches in the rooms and the impeccable turn-down service made our celebration of my wife's birthday truly special. However, the initial room check-in confusion was a minor hiccup in an otherwise fantastic experience.
